I am deeply honored and grateful to have received the 2023 Greater Bay Area Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur Award from the organizing committee. This award is a testament to my years of dedication, a recognition of my management capabilities, and a milestone marking my growth into a competent entrepreneur. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to establish "Wing Yip International Limited" and the "Cherry" brand with my sister Flora, upholding the philosophy of "people-oriented" and diligently crafting quality bedding products to bring quality sleep to the public. Out of 24 hours a day, sleep occupies one-third of our time, and in a person's lifetime, I believe nothing takes up more time than sleep. Improving one's health and quality of life begins with quality sleep.

Running a business is not just a simple commercial operation. Creating a brand is like being a person; one must have good character and treat everyone and everything around them with sincerity. Operating "Cherry" is like managing a family, rather than just an employer-employee or superior-subordinate relationship. Treating colleagues as family and genuinely interacting with them fosters a better working atmosphere, harmonious relationships, and unity. As the company matures, it also bears undeniable social responsibilities and values. A good enterprise, regardless of its industry, should not be limited to profit but also focus on social value and civic responsibility, doing its best to give back to society.

Reflecting on the people and events encountered while running the business, all have contributed to what it is today. I am grateful for everyone's support, which has led to "Cherry"'s success today. I believe that as long as we harbor good intentions and practice good deeds, we will encounter good opportunities, seize critical moments, and overcome any challenges or difficulties. "As you sow, so shall you reap" is my philosophy for life and work. I firmly believe that if one's heart is steadfast and beliefs unwavering, the resulting connections will be bright, and the rewards will be good. The universe, in all its aspects, is inseparable from the law of cause and effect.

To receive this prestigious award, I must thank my family, all my colleagues at the company, our partners, and our customers for their support. This honor further strengthens my commitment to the people-oriented principle, always approaching from the user's perspective, and striving to bring more possibilities and contributions to society and industry development is my enduring aspiration!

I am grateful for all the opportunities; this award belongs to everyone who believed in me, supported me, and helped me. Looking back 20 years ago, my sister Alice and I, two sisters, founded "Cherry International Limited" and the "Cherry" brand from scratch. The effort and process involved are still vivid in my mind. All of this was hard-won and taught us to cherish and be grateful for everything we have.

The philosophy behind creating the Cherry bedding brand is "people-oriented," with the primary goal of creating stylish bedrooms and quality sleep, because we firmly believe that "good sleep naturally leads to good health." As the brand founder, I am also responsible for product development, design, and quality control. It is essential to put "heart" into every step, from product design, functionality, comfort, aesthetics... everything starts from the user's perspective. In addition to actively developing products, we also constantly source and introduce the latest high-quality and internationally recognized materials and products from around the world to provide a diverse selection of bedding to meet the needs of the public.

Cherry products have always been known for their high cost-effectiveness, and have successfully built a reputation over the years. This is precisely the core value of our brand! Our original intention has remained unchanged over the years, but as the market environment changes, we have become more proactive and flexible in facing various opportunities and challenges, striving for excellence in everything to bring the best to every customer!

After years of hard work, the greatest joy is to gain recognition from all sectors of society; the company's business is growing day by day, which is due to the support of all sectors. Of course, "what is taken from society is used for society" is also a way to give back to Cherry users. We will continue to provide more high-quality bedding and will spare no effort in fulfilling our social responsibilities, to thank customers for their continued support and trust.
