Shipping terms

Before confirming your order, please check all items carefully. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and no order changes, returns, or refunds will be accepted.

 

Delivery charges

  • Free delivery for orders of HK$500 or above.
  • For orders below HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged.

 

Delivery arrangement

  • After payment is confirmed, delivery will usually be made within 5–7 working days.
  • Each order can be delivered to one address only. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

 

If no one is available to receive the goods at the specified delivery address, we can arrange re-delivery (in some cases, additional delivery charges may apply). All re-deliveries will be arranged according to the address provided online and cannot be changed. If delivery still cannot be completed, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be arranged.

 

Delivery areas

  • Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong only (excluding the areas listed below).

        i. Outlying Islands (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung);

        ii. Airport;

        iii. Any restricted areas and locations where truck access is prohibited;

        iv. Logistics warehouses, transit warehouses, warehouses where queuing is required for pick-up or delivery, and warehouses that require entry fees or registration fees.

  • Post office box addresses are not accepted.
  • For delivery addresses without lift service, delivery is limited to one floor above ground level, calculated as 32 steps per floor. Otherwise, an additional surcharge may apply.

 

We will make every effort to ensure that the products shown in the store catalogue are in sufficient stock, but in special circumstances certain products may be sold out. If we are unable to supply any item in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery to discuss replacement with products of the same value or other solutions.

 

Payment methods

  • You can pay for orders placed on the Cherry online store by Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus, PayMe, FPS, or PayPal.
  • All product prices are in Hong Kong dollars.
