"Latex" is a natural material derived from the milky white fluid that flows or is secreted from tropical rubber trees after they are cut. This fluid is then processed into a shaped material through low-temperature treatment, emulsification, vacuuming, foaming, and high-pressure compression.

Since natural latex pillows are produced by one-time vacuum foaming and shaping, air bubbles are generated during the foaming process. Moreover, each mold used for latex injection has injection holes and mold closing gaps. Therefore, it is normal for irregular small holes, tears,颗粒 or missing corners to appear on the surface of the pillow after demolding. The surface of every latex pillow will have some slight unevenness, which is not a quality issue and will not affect its use.

Latex pillows will turn yellow over time - This is due to natural oxidation when the latex is in prolonged contact with air; this condition does not affect the product's functionality.
